Switch 180 to 5-0
First, learn be comfortable with switch 180's and 5-0's. Okay approach the rail or ledge at a angle. When you reach about 4inches to the rail do your switch 180 and when you are landing it land it like a manual but with your trucks. While sliding be careful not to slide forward or back because the board will fly out  well when u reach the end just push out because you already have your front trucks up. Also, here are some helpful tips to get you started do not be afraid because if your scared you have 100% more chance of getting hurt and try out regular 180's to 5-0's before you try switch ones. This trick takes a while to learn but, its awesome after u learn it because you did it switch.
