Ollie - Manual
If you know how to Ollie onto your target and your manuals are awesome then this is no problem. Ride up and Ollie onto your target and try to land on a manual (its easier then you think) try not to jump a lot higher then your target or else it is hard to land on a manual. Then bend your knees manual as long as you want and manual off your target.
(Tip: hey in an Ollie manual it makes it a lot easier to balance when you first get
on if you use your hands to balance when you first land. that's how I learned
