Inward Heelflip
Your Heelflip should be down good and you should be pretty good at skating before you try this.

Setup like you would for a Heelflip but put your back foot on the side like a pop-shove-it. Pop down like a pop-shove then after it has spun about 45 degrees flip the Heelflip. You shouldn't be dragging your heel up the board like a Heelflip you should just kick it out. What happens a lot of the time is that the board will hit your heel. Practice on it and that should go away. Tuck up a lot and wait until the board has finished spinning. Catch it or at least land on it and try to ride away clean. This is much like a Varial flip but instead of a Kickflip you do a Heelflip.
