1. Roll at a slow to moderate speed, going backwards.

2. Do half of a fakie flip.

3. Land with your front foot in the middle of the board and your back
foot in the back.

4. Stay on the ground for the shortest amount of time and flip your
board and land (You may want to turn 90 degrees while flipping the
board).

Shove-It Out 4. Stay on the ground for the shortest amount of time and flip your
board 180 degrees and land (You may want to turn 90 degrees while
