Filming - Video

This is the best way now a days since every time you take a snapshot people say its a pose. So this is the best way to show your skill. This is really easy to do if you have a digital camera or video editing software and hardware.

Start filming the rider from about 20-10 feet away from the target and 10-15 feet after he is done the trick. The filming techniques are the same as the snap shots. Get down low to make it look big and get high to make it look huge. But there is one difference you have to film the rider from 2-5 meters away. One technique that looks great is what I call the ride along. What you do is the camera man/woman gets about a 1 and half meter head start by the time they have gone 1 1/2 meters the camera should be focused on the rider and filming. As soon as it starts filming the rider should do the trick while they are doing there trick the filmer and rider should be inline by the time they land the trick the rider should be ahead. The camera person should be going pretty slow but not super slow. Just slow enough to make sure they don't fall off the skateboard.
