OK ride slow then pick up your board from the far end. Then twist your wrist so it does a "impossible" around your arm. During when its spinning you want to twist your wrist around the other way so it is easier to catch. When it finishes spinning Move you hand down and catch it. The catching part is the hardest because it spins fast so if you miss the catch the board falls to the ground. When you catch it just jump up and put it under your feet and land (hopefully).
