Pop Shove-It
Ok first you have to learn to spin the board the easiest way to do this is to stand on the ground and have the board ahead of you then you want to take your back foot put it on the far end of the tail the kick your leg towards your body and the board should spin a 180. Practice this until you think your spinning is good. Then you have to get on the board and try to spin it by doing the same thing kicking your foot toward you body and the board should spin after you can spin while standing on the board you have to land you front foot. Spin the board (like always) and catch it with only your front foot. After you have mastered that (you guessed it) you learn to catch the board with only your back foot. Then keep practicing until you can finally land both feet good luck!

IMPORTANT TIPS:
1. Learn this trick while moving. (go at a speed you are comfortable with)
2. when you are going to spin the board lean into the turn then spin it while turning.
3.always keep the board under your feet. If it goes to the left so do you.
4. PRACTICE A LOT!
