The best thing to do is read the F/S Flip Trick tip but do everything fakie. Here are some tips: Go at a speed you feel comfortable at its very hard to land tricks when your going to fast. Setup fakie and put your front foot a little higher up the middle and keep it at a 45 degree angle. Then Pop the tail and just think about doing a F/S 180 but instead of dragging your foot in the middle of the board drag it like a Kickflip to make it spin a F/S Half-Cab Flip. After its done spinning you should be at a 150 not quite at the 180 then catch it and finish spinning. If the board is flipping like a hardflip you have to remember how to make it spin like a Kickflip. Just drag it harder and it should spin right.
