Go at a pretty fast speed. Not too fast... But not too slow. Put your front foot before the middle of the board and have it on a 45 degree angle. Your back foot has to be setup so the very edge of the ball of your foot is on the tail. Like a shove-it. Now when you go to pop try do slam your foot inward so the board spins the 360 shove quicker. But don't forget when you are popping you have to be dragging your front foot up the board. Tuck up a lot. Then after a couple try and your not landing it you will notice the board might go in a certain direction. Jump with the board on your next try always keep it under your feet. When your popping crouch down a lot so that the pop is quicker and everything spins quicker.
