180 - Switch Nose Manual
Learn how to do switch nose manuals before doing this. 

Do your 180 f/s or b/s it really doesn't matter. 

1.push  off but don't get 2 much speed. 

2.do the 180 but don't level the board out too much. 

3.land on the nose but push your back down to where you can manual away. 

4.let the manual go, ride away fakie and do a half cab to get back into position.
