This trick is best done out of a bowl or off a ramp.
Go really fast the faster the better because then you get more air. Ollie up then when your dragging grab the nose with two hands. Then pull the board so it is in front of you and it looks like your standing on the tail but the board is almost vertical. Then when you start coming down to the ground pull the board back under your feet and extend your feet then when you feet the ground bend your knees.
