This is a pretty difficult trick. You have to know how to F/S 5-0.
Go at a pretty fast speed but you have to feel comfortable with it. The easiest way I find is to go parallel with your target. When you come up to your target try to Ollie as high as you can then in the air turn a lat 90. If you have trouble doing the 90 or always land on a salad grind turn your shoulders when your doing you 90. When you land lean on your tail and put all your weight on it to make sure you slide. The you can twist off or kickflip off or whatever. Kickflips are aren't that hard if your a good skater. Just pop down and really put pressure on your front foot when dragging up the grip tape.
