This trick is pretty hard to do. But with practice its easy. You should first try this switch then go Nollie.
You should know how to Nollie and somewhat flip the board. If not then practice until you can. Note: By somewhat flip the board It has to be close under your feet. Set up for what you normally front foot on nose back foot in middle at 45 degree angle. Go at a speed you feel comfortable with then pop your nose. Then flick the board so it starts spinning a Kickflip. Try to get high above the board the higher you get, the easier this is. In the air try to level yourself out so your balanced then when the board is finished spinning catch it and try to ride away clean.
well to day i was landeing nollie flips and i went inside to change my laces because the ripped. when i want back out side to nollie flip i could not do it any more i was doing nollie varial kick flips and 360 pop shuv its. can some one help me on my problem?
1. Crouch, don't lean. Essential for all tricks.
2. Don't lean towards the nose or tail.
3. Pop with the front foot, while dragging the back foot back at an angle. Practice to get the timing right for a perfect execution. Flick hard upwards, not downwards. Flipping straight down is a common mistake for beginners.
4. If you did all that correctly, the board will pop up nice and level, and get a full flip. Catch it on the bolts, and bend down when you land. Don't lean in any direction or you will slip out.

If you read Tom-E's tip and follow my above steps right, you shouldn't have much more difficulty.
i started skating switch a couple weeks ago, and i can do switch ollies and nollies, but when i try switch/nollie flips, my flicking foot stiffens up...will it loosen up over time as i keep trying them?
