I fear my own death. Why? It's because I have no blind faith in what is supposed to happen when we die. The only thing we know for sure is that you're gone and there's no way of interacting with what we know of as life. The old adage "Life isn't fair" apparently doesn't apply when you die. Paradise, Heaven, Nirvana, await you. Deep down, it's fear that lends us to believe that the after-life is fair, that everything will be ok in the end as long as you believe or do some certain steps.

Really, below any other fear you have, is the fear of death. Are you afraid of flying, well it's because you're afraid you might die on that plane. Afraid of mice, you're really afraid of being bit by that mouse over and over until you die. I know that's a bit of a stretch, but in the end all of our fears are centered on our own death.

And why not? We are the centers of our own universe. No matter how unselfish you are, you still look out for number one in the end. "Luck is when the arrow hit's the guy standing next to you" That's why you can send people to war, get them to believe what you want them too. Fear of death, belief that your death isn't around the corner.

No one really thinks about their own death. At least not truly contemplate it. We are all too busy with the things that occupy our time: work, school, relationships, kids, bills, taxes, government, sex, name your distraction. Since you're at your computer, take a minute and clear your mind, and then think about the day you're going to die: because that day will come. Imagine, one day, you will have only a few hours left on this world. Then all of a sudden you will no longer exist. Everything you did in life won't matter any more. It bothers me, and it bothers me that it bothers me. I want to be able to say, "hey something better is around the corner". It's not the end, you're not wasting your time here writing a stupid story for some website that will be eventually forgotten, just like you. So anyway, (-2) me for putting you in a shitty mood. It happens to me every once in a while. I get the feeling like I'm a caged animal, just waiting for that day when my time will come, and there will be nothing

Dude, the thread that was posting titled something like 'I'm lost for words right now'.
That has an incredibly sad story in it.

Also, I just had mad deja vu, about typing this.

EDIT: http://cbs.sportsline.com/collegebas...story/10567327 That's the story, read it, I was reluctant at first but I got into reading it and it's really sad.

do a story about a guy than fail in everything in the life.

when he is a teen, he fall in love of the most "popular" and cute girl in the school, and she just make fun of him.

He only has a small group of friends, most of them betray him (i think thats the word).

When he is older, he catch a weird virus and he is about to die, and the only thing he can do is deliver a letter (or card or mail or whatever) to the only friend he has left, a girl than help him in everything. The letter contain the diary of life of this guy, and she read it and take notice of the horrible life he got

he, to avoid any contact with his friend before to die, ran away to the forest and die watching the sky.

BUT, then he open his eyes and he is young, like 12 years old or something, and all was just a dream. the only problem is, the virus was real, and he has the virus since he was born. and then he tell his mom: "i have a NICE dream" (take notice of the "nice") "i dream than i go to school, get in love with a girl, and got some friends... its a shame than that will never happen in real life" and his mom start to cry and this guy start to close his eyes and die at the bed product of his virus.

and of course, a lot of bad things happen to the kid, that was just a little of the story, the main theme, you should add more things to the story

well, i hope this idea helps, take care man
