noseslides: get a little close to the rail and 180 so u dont go to far to the side, and lean towards your nose so u can stick it clean all the way, then turn it off and land.
crooks: get closer to the rail and ollie 180 halfway and push down hard on the nose. keep the grind crooked until when u have to turn it ofF(if u ollie onto it too far away from the rail, your wheel will bounce u into boardslide and it will shoot out.) for both of these tricks you must wax not only the top of the rail, but also the side, because iether the truckplate or the wheel is sliding on it.
Prolly next u should try blunt/ tailslides.

If you currently only have 50-50 and back board I'd go for 5-0 next. From there you can turn a little and go Suski, and from there you can hopefully have a much easier time learning lip and smith.
