You grab your board, pull up and jump with it.

It's easiest to get the scoop motion down with one foot off the board. As if you were going to do a No-Comply Pressure Flip. Just put your backfoot in the pressure flip position and practice getting it to flip correctly with that foot while standing stationary. It won't translate much differently as far as feel once you start rolling and practicing them just a tad awkward. (and get that front foot out of the way asap. hope that helps. |

If you have them consistant, back bigspins shouldn't be much of a problem. If you can't get roll away, just do em a bit faster like you said, but build on them since you are slipping out. What I mean by building is try 270 bigspins with 90 degree reverts, try to get those consistant. Then try 300 bigspins with a revert, then 330, then the whole 360 bigspin. You just want to build on them. Jumping into it would take longer, you just want to do them gradually. Also, try to not lean too far toe side, that was my problem when I was learning these, it really screwed me up. Try to follow the board as best as possible, popping them helps a lot too. Remember to build! Hope that helps ya a bit |

Just wondering... Can you actually do these tricks? Im sure most of them are pretty simple tricks, but I have yet to see anything from you before.
However, I am having problems with Nollie Bs 360 Heelflips. Like Ive gotten 270 at most with a full flip. |

front heels. every time i try i sort of just let it flip uncontrollably. i can varial heel pretty well now. and front 180 also heelflips are really easy for me now. when i do it my board flips full but my back foot just goes down at 90. and the board flips full and my front foot is on but my shoulders are sort of at 90 as well.

well, for hardflips I land with my frontfoot, my feet get away in the way alot, and I can never commit with my backfoot getting over the board even a second after the pop, haha.

well right after u pop u jump and slide off the side and then spread ur feet like a no handed airwalk.ur back foot goes like infront of u while ur front foot goes to the side. and when u see it flip right under you u stomp it.

Someone previously mentioned to set your board along a crack or next to a curb and just practice ollie'ng backwards. (obviously not backwards as in "rolling fakie") It's all in the backfoot. I've been trying this and it seems to be helping, but I haven't been too successful on obstacles really, just end up doing sketchy willie's. =/ |

try jumping straight up, almost like an ollie. i lost them when i learned varials and started trying tres, now i can barely do them haha. i set up like a high ollie and put a lot of power into scooping, before i would set up kinda like a varial and just throw it. when you try them set up like a high ollie, it tends to spin more under you, so just try jumping straight up

nollie lasers > nollie 360 heels, lulz How did you find out??? Hmm... When I do em I put my back foot almost parallel to the board on the heelside edge of the tail, this really helps. And build on it, like i've said in my previous posts. 270 fs bigspin, 300 fs bigspin, 330, then 360. It's pretty easy, just needs a bit of work. What exactly happens when you do them? Quote:
