Fuck man, I know. ahhahahaha. Its because I kind of think a lot of thoughts and let them all out at once without trying to organize it. It always comes out long really effortlessly.

I think the first thing I would buy, and probably will buy, will be a strap for an MF camera. Just so I know I wont drop it. Yeahhhh
Seems like it would make shooting with MF more laid back for some reason too.

I guess I was kind of "hard" on the camera. Its really confusing. The film counter is never right, so I didnt know what picture I was on. Ive only shot one shitty roll. I think Ill take it out sometime this weekend with a new roll and actually learn the camera. Youre right though. I could have great lecia glass with a good body. Ill have to shoot with it more.

I don't know how you guys are financially, it sounds like some people are strapped and some people are shitting quarters. personally I don't have much - but I just love film. developing shit is actually less expensive than printing good-quality digital prints.. so. and developing film I just used to do at my high school. but I think they wouldn't mind if i just went in there and used their shit again. hopefully it's the same teacher cause she knows me, or the same people that were in my class last year. shit, i need to see. but yeah, developing film is kind of expensive, and i guess film costs a bit too (but stealing from high school worked for a while for me. haha, not too long though.)

Most people just say it wrong, and then when I correct them, they look at me like I slapped them. I usually have to help them pronounce my last name too, which is even hard.

People also think its foreign, and I think the only way it is, is that the German stock market is called Dax, or something.

I always tell people Im native american though, because Im really tan. They believe me, especially because of my name.

I think my mom just read it in a book though.

Its usually when I tell them what it is. They're always like "Ohhhh, so Zack." Then Ill correct them and then the next most common mistake is the name Jax, which I fucking hate.

I literally have to spell it out for people every time I tell them.

There is this hip hop group called Subtle, and they are from the bay area. They have a black guy named Dax and hes black, and probably rather large, and is a quadriplegic.

Either way, that is still a weird coincidence. Shake, I envy where you live sooo much. All your photos remind me of Berkeley. Seriously, if my mom could afford to move out there, and actually would, I would do it so fast. I would barely even consider the fact that Im leaving people behind.

Other news: I stepped on a board for the first time in like 5 months in the last two days. Ive been skating off and on after 7th grade. I skated alot when I was like 13, but music and pot made me slow down. Then I just did other stuff. The last two days though, when I got home from cross country, I steeped on a board. I was never good when I skated regularly (could barley even kickflip), so maybe now I could progress on a board, and just get one more reason to skate. It feels nice.
