Night skating is pretty amazing. Its still nice outside here in clovis for night skating. I'm hoping to get a little footage here in a few weeks for a night video I want to shoot with some of my buddies in the backyard. Should be pretty sick.

But yea just buy some of those hallogen lamps and the cheapest way to go is purchase some extension cords as well to supply the energy(less noise too)

Hell ya...that was fun as shit, guys...that made me like 10% more comfortable with my board. Ollies, no problem, as long as you know the terrain. Highly recommend this to anyone who's been skating for like a year, it's like going from tennis to skate shoes when you first start.

if its cold you get to wear coats and just coast around town only problem is curfew and even then 9/10 times you wont get caught.

Twilight skating is better in the summer. It's still kinda hot but with no chance of getting burned but it's also still light.

Night skating around here is fun. It's the best time to just cruise downtown and you don't see too many cop cars. I like skating around in all black so it's harder for people to spot me. Gou Miyagi filmed his entire part at night which looked so cool.

As people allready said, Car lights, generators, whatever the hell you can find that lights up the spot. Night skating is so fun if you like skating in big groups. In downtown the streets are always lit. If you find a decent spot with lighting and some friends, I assure you, you will have a blast.

Its like... Hard to explain. You gotta really experience it to know how fun it is. I might even say its magical? o_o . . .

I always have more drive when I'm skating at night. I learned heelflips (my first fliptrick) skating in my parent's driveway at night. Now I just do it when I am to lazy to get up and skate during the day, but then have a huge urge to go skate at like 11 at night

I love skating at night once in a while..

But like, I always have to have it so the front of my body is facing the light source. If it's the other way around, I end up doing flip tricks and somehow lose sight of the board in my shadow, and it fucks up my catch... '_-

I have colored bolts, but it doesn't really make much of a difference. I had glow in the dark hardware for a while..

Parking structure/garages are good too. They are usually lit 24/7 and have manny pads and what not. I made a bench that I can take in my car and its perfect to take to parking garages and have long skate sessions.

A lot of days at like 530 to 6 when it's already completely dark here now which sucks, I just go out in my neighborhood and skate flat for like 30 minutes. It's really fun.

i live for night sesh's. i recently moved to brooklyn, but before i moved here i lived in new jersey. my friend and i would night sesh every night, that was the only thing we did because we had class or work during the day. its the best thing ever. nothing like it ! i came out with this video called "Slave" where Dan and I made this video out of all the footage we got during nights of May 2009. its sick, check it out...its on my youtube
