1) "Rep power" (or how much rep you add/remove from a persons total), is completely determined by three factors.

- How much rep YOU have

- How long you have been here

- How many posts you have

It is very difficult to calculate rep power manually. The best way is to check how much rep the person has before you rep them, then check it afterwards to see hw much it has increased.


2) You can rep the same person multiple times. However, not immediately after the previous repping. You can only rep the same member again after you have repped 25 other members.
