    Do you think Plyometrics exercises could benifit your skating?

    ^Based on that website, I think the "Drop-Jumps" could help improve height, they might be a good way to warm up before skating too.

    Yes. Lots of things will. Anything that enhances cordination and balance can help. Hell, Rodney Mullen took dance classes to help his skating. As for that stuff, if it increases strenght then it will up your stamina, which will help you skate more and learn faster. Because you spend more time skating.

    Polymetrics are designed to build explosiveness, so I think they would help.

    Yes, I do think it helps. Take Reese Forbes for example. He does extensive training, not just skating, to get ready for big events. Look at how it helps his skating and his pop.

    Winter kind of hinders that(not that its winter right now or anything, I mean like later on), and just skating will only take you so far.

    yeah, didn't he also go to Science College to figure out all of the physics for his fancy tricks?
