How to tre front foot catch?

K so I've had tres on lock for a while now, and I want to learn f ront foot catch tres. No matter how many times I stick my back foot out my front still goes out so its more like a spread eagle. And before you say mobdro kodi "eww those tres are ugly" its just a way I want to learn them.

Alternate front and back foot a few times landing, don't need to do both feet just the catching it pattern. Then just make sure to use that with what you know about 360 flips.
