But yes if you want a proper skateboard then go ahead and buy it. Skating is really fun and I'm sure you'll love it. There are lots of good complete skateboards for up to $100 perfect for beginners.
I am a 14-year old boy from sweden. I bought a pennyboard a few years back and it has served me well. But for the last couple of months I've been thinking if it wouldn't be better to invest in a good skateboard instead. I've never been much into tricking and I had a shitboard with griptape that fell off as soon as I got home. I was wondering 1: would it be worth it to invest in a skateboard? 2: is this setup any good? https://m.hollywood.se/cart/view (Just took the cheapest options from an online skateshop) again only looking to start of so if I chose something wrong my budget is max 100 dollars. Thank you

These aren't price horribly. You may be able to do better price wise at some other sites but I assume you are Swedish so I can't really vouch for any European stores.
Edit: ye just read the post. You can see what shipping may be on a site like skatewarehouse.com or something
You can also check your local classifieds to see if you can get something lightly used for cheap
