Default Mini or normal cruiser - what to chose as my next board?

This Mindless Grande cruiser board is 28" long, 7.75 wide and with 5" truchs.

This Mindless Stained Daily cruiser is only 24" long, 7" wide and with 4" trucks.

I've been recommanded to chose a longboard as my next board, but I've tried some, and I feel they are a little boring to ride,
Some days ago, I tried a Penny board, and I was surprised.
It was fun to ride this, so I decided to buy the mini cruiser above, that is a little bit bigger than the Pennyboard.
After some more research, I'm in doubt, if I should chose the Grande cruiser or the mini Cruiser.

Thanks in advance for recommanding a new cruiser for me.

It really depends on how much you care about portability

Default Mini or normal cruiser - what to chose as my next board?

I'll go to the Skatepro skateshop tomorrow and look and try some other boards.
Here is a board with a carving front truck system.
Maybe it will be my chose...
Thanks for the answer, other people I have met recommands me a longboard or a surfer /carver board,
    and not a mini board.

Today I went to the Skatepro shop and bought the cruiser /carverboard.
Outside the store at the skate area I started to ride it, and they recorded me to the above instagram video.

Yesterdays ride at my home marina.
The front truck was fixed with a screw nearby the "carving kingpin" so it acted as a normal skateboard.
Today I removed the screw, and began to learn to carve /surf.
I only rode some small waves.

This video shows the carving function at the very loose front truck.
Yesterday I hit a small stone with the front wheel and got off the board.
Today I mounted the lock screw again and the board now is more stable,
and easier to push and footbrake.

    The wheels matters.
My new YUW surf skateboard runs easier and faster than my old skateboard with the inliner wheels.
I tried to swap the wheels around between the two boards, with the result that the old board ran easiest and fastest.

After changing wheels back, I put home made angled raisers at the old skateboard, so it is easier to carve and more fun to ride.
Now the rain stopped here, so I'm going out again on the skateboard.
