Default How do I unbend my rubber seal on my bearing?

After faulty bearing operation, i now have a dented rubber seal that when ever I "flatten back to normal", it looks like its not dented in the bearing itself, but when i spin the bearing, it spins less than my other bearings and it spins less that without that dented rubber seal. How could i actually get the seal back to normal or should i just ride without the seal on that 1 bearing (opposite side of that one bearing has a metal shield)

lay it on a flat surface and just put something flat over it and weigh it down.
