Default Skating for almost 2 years rate me (Honestly)

    Tricks on lock :

    Ollie
    Fakie Ollie
    Front 180
    Shuvit
    Fakie Shuvit
Fakie Shuvit sex change (Only use in desperate games of skate)
    Fakie front shuvit
    Fakie 360 shuvit
    Fs half cab
    bs half cab
    Nollie shuvit
    Nollie front shuvit

    Tricks i don't always land :

    Backside 180
    Kickflip
    Fakie Flip
    Varial Heeflip
    Fakie Varial heeflip
    Fakie 540 shuvit

    Tranny tricks :

    Nosestall
    Nosestall to 5050
    5050
    5-0
    Feeble
    Feeble to fakie
    270 to Feeble
    fs Boneless 180
    Smith
    Fs disaster
    bs disaster revert
    Fakie Tailstall

But yeah i'm feeling pretty unmotivated since i don't have a good style and i thought i'd know cooler more original tricks at this point , anyone got any ideas for tricks i could learn that are in my capacity based on what i can do already. I'd really appreciate it thanks

It's impossible to rate, truly unless we see footage. Honestly, I don't mind how many tricks you have, just skate. If you have an enjoyable bag of tricks, and are putting out something, I'd love to watch it. That being said, I'm tempted to give you a rating, but I hate doing these because I think it's a waste of time. Go skate and have fun. If you're having fun 10/10, if you're doing it for any reason other than love or fun 0/10

Said it before and I'll say it again. Don't worry about the tricks or style, have fun and go enjoy the fresh air. Keep it up

I'm aware that the tricks themselves wont affect my style but every time i look at my own footage i just look awkward and hunched like i don't know what i'm doing or something i try to skate as much as possible but the only trick i can get to look perfect imo is a fakie 360 shuvit

edit : I still have fun when i skate but what i enjoy most is finally landing a new trick or implementing a trick into a new obstacle , the actual grinding process of eating shit repeatedly especially on tranny has started to put me off a bit especially when the tricks i'm trying to learn get harder and harder. I kinda feed off the competitive nature of skateboarding and i usually don't have enough time to just chill and cruise around some obstacles with the weather being soo temperamental where i live.

I think looking natural doing your tricks comes later in skating. I don't think you can really change it now. just have fun and learn more stuff. you got good tricks 8/10

London , It's the middle of winter and whenever i look outside its beaming with sunlight clear skies and sunlight.
I hit up and spot only for the wind to drag my board across the asphalt or for it to just pour down with rain and screw my griptape.

The weather here is just such a tease.

Yeah it sucks , you either take a break from skating until the weather gets more consistent in spring and get rusty or you deal with it. Alot of you american west coast skaters take your architecture and weather for granted. Sometimes i don't have a choice but to practice slappie grinds on a crusty low ledge just because its sheltered haha.

My first year of skating consisted of ollies , front 180s and maybe fakie shuvits. Alot of stuff intimidated me even my old local which consisted of 3ft high copingless quarters and banks.
You'll have a breakthrough session where everything practical you try just clicks and you might end up making more progression in a few months than you did in almost a year.

    It happens

i would post another update but i've lost and gained soo many tricks at this point that i've stopped keeping a tab of tricks to try and just end up randomly learning shit as i go through friends , experimentation or Instagram lmao

i can no longer do any kickflip variation how great is that hahaha

2017 update : I've gained and lost soo many of the previously stated tricks im almost a new person on a board for better or worse
