I used to be such a SW freak when I was younger. Then the Ep.1-3 killed my enthusiasm. #3 was good, if somewhat laughable at times.

JJ Abrams is maybe one of 3 directors (Brad Bird, Joss Whedon) I'd trust with making SW feature films good again. But the title, "The Force Awakens" sorta lowers my expectations. Weak name.

The thing with James Bond is, there's no major amount of continuity you have to worry about, except maybe the three latest films. But then you can still watch them out of order without much confusion.

    The Phantom Menace

    Revenge Of The Sith

    A New Hope
    The Empire Strikes Back
    Return Of The Jedi

The older ones are better, in my opinion. Episode 7 will be The Force Awakens/Awakened.

I've seen each of the star wars movies like 6 times each, and I still don't completely know what its about tbh. I just remember loving them as a kid. I had all the movies on VHS

I'm waiting, after doing Avenger midnight, I'm going to wait a little, it was too chaotic. I may do the marathon of the 6 movies though

    So the question is

For someone who has never seen a 3d movie

IMAX 3D or Real 3D (or whatever the other one is)

I've never seen a 3D movie either, but of those two IMAX will be better
