Id guess leg ones?
What muscles does skateboarding work out (besides the leg ones, of course)? Also I want to know if it also work out the ABS?

mini ramps and halfpipes give you a workout, they also make me dizzy after a while
im pretty sure it helps the abs but not in a tremendous way
It doesn't really help anything, unless you push for a really long time, it helps your legs a little.
If you really skate a lot your legs become iron, but that's it, no real workout from the waist up.
It does work out your lower abs, since you suck up your legs to your chest when you jump. It kinda works out the lower but not too much.
Go carve around a bowl as fast as you can for a minute straight. Repeat five times. Your legs will be on fire.
It help your legs a little if you skate pretty long each day
I'm guessing that since you put your whole body into it it would mostly just work your core strength.
