Jamie Foy absolutely crushed KOTR therefore he deserves it
Relaxed fit. When skating I don't want to feel as if my legs are restricted. I'm always wearing the same pair of ripped jeans that allow me to bend my knees, it's bad for whenever I fall off though...
I felt the same way whenever my friend got into skating just as a way to seem cool and try to out do me like he always tries to do. I feel like I don't have much time to skate but I still try to as...
I've always heard to put your wheel graphics on the inside but I don't think it matters, it's like the mall grab thing. I rotate my wheels so that the wear is equal, just as on a car.
I've been skating for two years and all I can do is ollie, fakie ollie, barely shuvit, ollie on and off curbs, revert, go up ramps, boneless, and older school kickflip. You're good man, way better...
Had no clue that it was possible to snap your kingpen, I guess I don't do anything to where I'd snap mine :-!?
I like to skate at the college I go to but I wouldn't skate if the professors of deans were around. I work on a farm and yesterday my boss saw me skating in my friend's drive way and it was just...
I'm late to this thread but I watched the whole season this year and fell in love with the show. At the skate park I always yell "KING OF THE ROAD" when we do some dumb crap. Props to Viceland for...
Exactly what I do, just lift the nose up where the wheels come up in the air
Thanks! I've learned more about wheels in this post than I have on other guides.
Sure Swiss bearings are good but buying a cheap set of bearings for $8 from TGM Skateboards would do you perfectly fine. As long as you clean and oil your bearings they should last a long while....
Cincinnati, Ohio. We don't have a big skate community up here. Skating is mostly looked down upon here.
15 minute drive to the small and only skate park in my county, 30 minute drive to the nicer skate park in the next county, or just 10 minutes to the local church's parking lot that has nice curbs.
Trucks are trucks man. Slap those bad boys on and start rollin'
I'm left skating with an old hand-me-down Hook-Ups board that is almost as old as I am lol. It's chipped a lil on the nose and I've noticed cracks along the hardware. I might retire it before I snap...
Update: The board snapped when I ollied off a curb :(
I'm a slightly heavier guy, 175 lbs lol. My deck is a featherlight and was made significantly thinner and lighter than normal decks, I didn't pay attention when I bought it for my first board.
One of the plys on my Element Featherlight deck seems to be cracking. It's about 2 inches long next to the trucks and doesn't go very deep but it pops and cracks whenever I put any weight on the...
