i'm on a shortboard, but I think it's just because i'm not standing up early enough, like i'm paddling and the lip flips the back of the board over, i'll try what you said tomorrow though thanks dude

aah yea, I tried all you said and like I caught a few waves all nice at first and got all excited

but then after that, everytime I tried to drop in, the back off my board would flip over and i'd nose dive everytime, I tried to lean back farther but then it won't carry you, i kept trying to find a middle point or something but there has to be more to it than just that, you know?
