Casperflip= Both feet and is down by catching the board upside down with your flicking foot and kicking it back rightside with your backfoot.
Hospital=All flicking foot, it just does a half wrapping motion, your popping foot just pops and doesn't come in contact with your deck anymore till you land and roll away.

Oh shit, I've given you tips on hospital lol. 360 Caspers are actually easy regular, just do them as you're ascending and do like a weird double jump motion to get your flicking foot back on, because it will stay to low otherwise.

I can only do them Nollie, but what helped me land them is to put all pressure on my wrapping foot and when I pop, jump where I expect the board to land. When I first learned them I would just jump straight up and would just form it, but when I jumped up and to the side I was hoping the board would land basically made the board stay under me better and wrapped better. Not to sure how much it will help you in regular stance though. You trying to play?
