yes very cold. so cold that you need like 3 sweatshirts and a jacket to go outside lol.

Dam. So lucky. During that time too it is like 15 to -10 degrees everyday.

well we get off and on snowstorms from about the end of Nov. and it usually sticks around till mid or end of March. Then we always get the bigger storms in Jan. and Feb too

ya but from Nov. till like mid March we can't do any skating too cold or lots o' snow. it blows

not many in skaters in Green Bay. Even less bikers and scooter kids. The bigger parks we do have do not allow bikes or scooters which is good.
