Yeah man, I'm on vocals and guitar. Basically the main thing you need to be able to have control over is breathing from your diaphragm. It's hard to explain at first but try and have all of your breathing controlled from the bottom of your lungs and around your stomach. If you are feeling stress on your throat then you are doing it wrong and could easily damage your voice. Obviously the best thing to do is get singing lessons from a professional, but as long as you keep the diaphragm in mind that will get you most of the way there. And the second best thing is just time and experience, learn by doing and you will get better!

alright thanks, but i have had a normal hole in the ear for 3 years there is still hole in it even when i have no even used earings so can i stretch from that or do i need to shoot again?
