If you're on today/bored I posted a near max deadlift in the strength training thread. Any critiques would be more than appreciated.

you said you got a temporary high paying job in the dakotas in the strength thread. is it related to the oil boom up in north dakota? just curious cause i was interested in gettin a job out there but it sounds like shits hitting the fan up there.

I put another squat video up that's cleaner, but I can see I need to work on some of the things you mentioned. Makes a big difference seeing it myself lol. It's at a different angle so any critique of it would be nice. Thanks

Thanks man. I know it's going to be something I have to get used to but it definitely seems worth it.

What length wrist wraps do you use? Any brands you'd suggest? I definitely want the support but I don't need a retarded amount meant for people pressing 500+.

Im sending this to everyone in the "drug discussion" group. I know how popular the drug thread is in the off topic section and I hope that me can switch most of that into our group because it will make this alot more orderly and easier to get information.
