Tried to rep you but gotta rep more people first. That post about dieting and eating clean was spot on. Imlee be dumb as hell. Yeah it's about eating less calories but jesus that kids heart must hate him with all the sodium and shit. Just cause he stays thin doesn't mean he's actually healthy. He gave me that advice once and I kinda just laughed it off. I could....eat delicious healthy food often throughout the day....or I could eat two meals at Mcdonalds and only that a day and still feel like complete crap. And be constipated like our dear friend.
