need local's help

i'm going to Santa Monica on my skate trip and i've never been to california.
I need to know where some good skate spots, skate shops, and parks are located.

well i wouldnt go to santa monica, i would go to los angeles or victorville, i live in victorville and i know alot of good, famous spots
