My birthday is tomorrow. And i get $150-200. I really want a rail. Which is the best CHEAP one. =]

If by cheap you mean like 50, get a 1080 rail. For around a hundred you can get the zero or the active rail. I would piss all of my money away on a Mojo Skate Bench or build a bench from recycled plastic.
