up-ledges

are there any good sized up-ledges in sydney?
no matter where i look, i cant find a single skateable upledge!

i mean up-ledges, like sloping up, that you can do cool stuff out of.

yeah dude do you mean banl, or do you mean like a sloped bit leading to a ledge, a bit like a kicker with a high bit at the top that is a ledge.

bank is the word. they´re awesome for skating and putting money in.

if you dont mind getting busted go to the Opera House. i skated there once.

sort of a flat bank up to a ledge.
or a flat bank without sloped sides, like a triangular prism

alright maybe there not called up ledges.
everyone calls them that here.
you normally see them in skate videos near loading docks and people do stuff out of them.

so its sorta like a ramp up to a loading dock, only you sorta come out the side of the ramp, like backside flip out of it or something.

i sound like a complete retard for posting this, but i seriously cant find any.

oh those, I think there probbably up near the back of shopping centres and those areas

i know that, but ive looked everywhere and cant find any.
so i was wondering if anyone knew any specific ones.

Yeah I never would have guess that is what you meant, I was thinking to a much smaller scale. Lol I havn't seen one around but they look really fun to skate, the place to find one I would have to say is a place with a wheel chair ramp, also it matter if you can ollie over one if it has a rail at the end like alot do.

i think a smooth backside flip or varial heel would look so good out of there.

nah i havnt seen any when i used to live in sydney there is one near my house but smaller i can like big spin...tre...bs flip and bs 180 out of it there pretty fun.........yer look around the shopping centre in the city thats your best option

Yeah bs flip would be good but variel heels look good on a big one and tre flip out of the side would be nice
