I was born there and went back (with my board) for winter last year. I skated that park on top of the shopping mall in San Juan, but the staff bitched at me and made me wear full pads which was bullshit. I also skated this bitchin' little outdoor metal park on the way out of orocovis (up in the mountains).

What's the PR area like? Are the roads really horrible for skating, are there any good spots, are there a lot of skaters?
