Go buy from your local hardware store some Elmer's rubber cement or some other rubber cement. It's the same thing as shoe goo, and it's less price and more quantity.

Hot glue guns work wonders. I spent half of shop class every day beefing up my p-rods with hot glue, and I've probably extended the life by 3 weeks.

Sah, gorillah glue sucks, it looks like shit and crap. It works good but fucks up grip. Just use shoe goo, its cheap, and i find that hot glue just wears out wicked fast. Shoe goo for life, just shoe goo or hot glue suede or leather over the hole and make it look a little discrete, works perfect.
