Ok im making this one because the one in the trick tips section is just do a varial heel and body turn...so i figured i might try to make a more helpful one. ok here we go

Foot Placement.

BACK FOOT
For this trick you need to put your back foot on the edge close to your body like doing a varial heel, put it with your heel all the way off and just your toes, literally on the very edge..

FRONT FOOT:
The front foot should be in your heelflip position or maybe with a little more toes hanging off. I find that it works best with a lot of toes hanging off and when it is placed almost in the exact middle of the board not to close to the front or back bolts

After the foot placement comes the actual maneuver

What you are going to do is put your feet in the correct position and wind up, ALOT! almost even like a 360. If you dont wind up then you might be able to still get the full board rotation but your body will usually not follow al the way. Ok once your winded up you unwind and pop, but with the pop you shove your back foot out like a frontside pop shove. You flick your foot out like a heelflip or varial heel and your spin with the board always keeping your eyes on it.

Remember, front shove pop, circulated heelflip movement and body spin

Tips:

Always keep your wieght centered on the board even when you are winding up

Jump alot and keep your eyes on the board always

Learn heelflips good, but varial heels arent really needed.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

The board flips right and i land on it but i didnt spin the whole 180:

What you need to do is really wind up your shoulders and force yourself to spin the full way and jump ALOT suck up your knees as well

The heelflip doesnt flip full way:

Put your toes more hanging off or flick alot harder, or both

I land with one foot:

When bending and winding up keep your weight and shoulders centered with the bolts. In the air jump with both feet at the same time and keep your board under your feet, whereever it goes you go

I get them but they are ugly as hell

Suck your knees up alot and jump alot

Remember, this trick like all tricks takes practice and determination but work hard on it and you will get it
