to tre flip set up like this:

have ur front foot on a slant like a kickflip, also put it in the middle of the board work with changing places (but im just saying how i do it) and ur back foot should be on the tail on the toe side edge and have a sort of slanted.

heres were the action starts:

it may help doing this off the side of a step or over a hip just to get a bit of air.

scoop your back foot backwards kinda like a pop shove-it and flick your front foot a up like a kickflip a little and then jump towards the flip like jumping at a pop shove-it. hint you really need to flick n scoop real hard to get the full flip but u should get it in time.

the land:

like everyone says suck up then land with your feet on bolts and ride away into the sunshine.

other helpful hints:

get a nice and fast speed to make u flick and flip it real hard cose u will probably be a little bit scared, trust me it works for this trick cause you hav to flip real madly.

maybe you could try find a 2 stair drop leading on to grass and try it off that then after a while when your comfortable take it to a 2 stair on to concrete.
(that helped for me)

problems:

I cant land on the board it goes ahead.

answer:try going fast and this will lead to the board coming closer to you,
or you could try different jumping such as jumping liitle forward, a little backward or a bit diagonal.

I cant flip it completed:

answer: test out new positions like putting your front foot a tad forward or a lil back, putting your backfoot more slanted, making your front foot a bit straighter or annything else you can think of.

my feet get in the way of the board:

answer:obviously you need to jump higher do this by bending down and leaping more.....lol.
and you could try different foot positions and different weight and flick distributions.
And just like i said try doing it over a hip or down a drop to help.

your jumping to far forward obviously, maybe try just staying with the tre a little bit and it would probably help, and try leaning back with the flip try this seperate then the thing i said before then after try it together, also with different flick like less scoop or more. hope this helped.

you could also try stomping/catching it just when ur above it and in the right position ta land, that might help getting you in the right position to roll a away nicely. oh yeah try it off a step not like going straight off like to the side of the step that could get you landing in the right way.....your tres arent to bad they just need a bit of a tune up thats all.

yeah man it really did help. first i tried flicking differently and noticed it flipped right all the time. then i kept landing on the nose like 8/10 times and finally i just leaned back some and bam! right on the bolts! couldn't do more after that but i know i'm getting there. thanks for the help dude.

If you need more shove put your front foot farther back...if you need more flip put your front foot farther up....

POP!

A problem I had was I just scooped and didn't pop you gotta pop then scoop or you'll only get a 180 shuv and a half flip.possibly resulting in your board being thrown into a dumpster.

one thing i found out on tre flips that helped me to get them about every time was to put a lot of forward force in your frontfoot to keep it in front of you enough but not to much, if they go behind or ahead of you either push straight up outward more or less to adjust where its going to land

I dont understand how if your scooping on the toe side, wont it do like a 360 pressure flip? Because dont you do the same sort of thing for a pressure flip just with less power?
