Ok i first tried on dirt and carpet..so i guess its a good idea
Foot Placement--
Front foot- 2-3 inches from bolts
Back foot- Flat across board
Ok you pop and jump...it may feel weird... but you will get used to it
Pop real hard and jump
Trouble Shooting--
I can't get off the ground--
You either aren't popping or you aren't jumping
I land with one foot--
You are scared...try on dirt or carpet first...COMMIT
