I am going to teach you how to do a Boneless 360. This trick is really cool, and you can realy impress your friends with it.
Some things you should know beforehand:
Boneless and Boneless 180
Being able to spin Frontside (It helps for me)
Footing:
Basically the same footing as a Boneless 180
The Trick:
Ok, first get ready to do a boneless 180. Pop up like you would a regular Boneless 180, and spin it. Now here is the hard part. When you get the Boneless 180, lift off as hard as you can and spin the other 180 degrees. Keep your back foot over the board, and land smoothly.
