I am going to teach you how to do a nollie. This is a trick in my opinion that everyone should learn. I am going to explain this in both stances.
If you are Regular stance:
If you are regular, put your left foot on your nose, in this case the left end of the board, and your right foot on about the center of the board. You must do this trick while moving. While in the stance, start moving left at a comfortable speed. I prefer to start out slow. While moving, push down with your left foot hard and move your right foot up a little. Land smoothly and be happy.
If you are Goofy stance:
If you are goofy, put your right foot on the nose of your board, in this case the left end of the board, and you left foot on about the center of the board. Like I said before, you have to do this while moving. So start moving to the right at a comfortable speed. While moving, push you right foot down and move your left foot a little bit up. Lad smoothly and roll away.
That is how you do a Nollie. If you get really good at it, you can do variations of it, like a Nollie Pop-Shuvit, Nollie Flip, and Nollie to Noseslide. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to message me.
