Well first to learn the F/S pop shuvit it is a good idea to know F/S 180s and ollies. It is not all that nessesary to know B/S pop shuvits because it is going the compleatly opposite way.
Footing:
Front foot: This foot should about the same area as you ollie maybe an inch more forward and maybe more onto the board(the way I do it).
Back foot: This foot Should be at a 20-25 degree angle(what I'm comfertable with) Or just like you would as you ollie but less of your heel onto the board.
Foot actions.
Front foot: Not too complicated. Just slide up like you would for an ollie. Or maybe a little behind you. Not too much because you can lose control of the board.
Back foot: This is the main part of this trick. This foot should kick forward not too much or it will spin too much. And not too little or it won't spin enough.
Now just catch the board and land. Remember to give your legs in.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Problem: The board doesn't spin enough.
Soloution: Kick your back foot more forward or pop harder or even kick your back foot harder.
Problem: The board doesn't stay under me.
Soloution: Either you are afraid to land it or you maybe kicking your board with your front foot the wrong way or too much. Or you could be kicking your back foot wrong. Remember, only kick forward, and don't kick to hard or too little it can spin wrong if you do.
Problem:The board is spinning too much.
Soloution:Once again. Don't kick too hard or it won't spin the correct amount.
Hope this helped.
