habitat question

ok, this is for all owners or pre-owners of habitats. i am a huge supporter of them, and have owned 3. recently, 1 of them has started to split inbetween the plys of wood. the question i have is, does habitat have a life time warranty against this? and can i send it in and get a new deck? any help is greatly appreciated

i guess that depends on how that happend. If you did a lot of skating, got it waterlogged, etc. You probably cant send it back. But if you've only skated it for a day or less then a week, then you should send it back and say there was a defect and they'll send you a new one.

yeah if it was their fault like defected glue then u can probably exchange it. if it split because of waterloggage then u probably cant

no, i skated it it about 3 weeks. no water loggage at all considering that it was summer and all. i seriously think it was a defect, so im going to go to my shop and ask tomorrow.

my shop is super cool bout warrantys and stuff. if you have something w/ waranty and is a defect, he just gives you a deck of your choice and sends in yours and gets 1 back. same w/ trucks. too bad its sunday and he isnt open

for real that happened to me with an alien its a 50 50 defect part of it is how hard you skated it and the other part is how long with 3 weeks of skating i've broken a board in three weeks so i sont think there is any way that you can get your money back, but its always good to try ive never had that happen ona habbitat and ive had like 6 and they almost the only thing ill skate besides effort so its a defect but youve had for too long so it will be questionable.
