ok... darkstar armor lights... so according to this kid i know, theyre gauranteed to last for 120 days... and im guessing its not gonna break on the 121st day, so having a deck for at least 4 or 5 months is pretty good... now the question is, does the tail wear out and does the deck start sucking ass and stuff? because i know like thunder has a lifetime gaurantee on their trucks, but after a couple years they fucking blow. so i wanna know... do the decks stay good for a while?

thats what i thought too here is the bullshit e-mail they sent me
I am sorry for your disappointment. There is an independent web site that tested all major brands of boards and The Revolution board won every category against the best manufactures in the business. We have never claimed that our board is unbreakable. We make it very clear that the Deck was designed for Performance and over time from the Riders has gained the impression that it is very tough, even unbreakable. If you would like, I will replace the deck for $75.00 I don't normally do this because there are no guarantees when it comes to skateboards. Under the worst conditions and riders the board can be destroyed in a minute. If your son is honest with you he will tell you it's the best skateboard he has ever ridden. I have over 1000 E-mails to support this.
Thanks

so then why is there a 120 day gaurantee if all of you people are breaking yours in mad short time... and if i shouldnt get this, then what other deck should i get? because i break boards mad fast... im 6'2" and 180.... yeah. mad fast...

It depends how "harcore" you skate it. Like sets and slides would break it faster. But Darkstar Armour Lights last pretty long, so try them out. I'm 20 pounds lighter then you and they lasted me like 2 months. If you don't do much sets, it will lsat you pretty long.

if you want something better, just get 2 blanks for the price of one darkstar, that way you get twice the time

i hate blanks. i got a couple of them, a couple years ago, and they were horrendous. they were good in the beginning, but then they just totally flattened out, and my skating took a turn for the worse. im also a broke bastard, so i couldnt just throw it out and get a new deck. i had to wait until it broke to get a new one. it sucked. so no blanks. and i do small stairs and gaps. im not a big fan of them, but i do them occasionally. nothing higher than like 5 feet though... zero? i like them...but the bold deck in 8.25 snapped in 2 days for me. total bullshit. well the plys seperated...and i skated curbs all that day...

woah thanks rock adio. that warranty is bullshit. such as improper assembly of accesories, which could easily be the trucks not being on tight enough, and not being able to fix it... and the normal wear and abuse... thats so gay... thank you rock adio... and about those foundation fiberlams... are they good? is the wood good? actually no fuck that i cant find them off tactics.com wide enough. and im already ordering some other crap off there, and decided i might as well get another deck so dont offer other sites. whattabout creatures? they have some nice sizes on them... are they good? or habitats...or black labels... or almost? or AWS? or listen? or powell? yes im just listing all of the decks they have that are 8. or higher.

No problem man, it wasent overly hard. Anyways if your looking at getting a habi then get it, you wont regret it. They seem to have a great shape, nice concave, dont chip easy and they're one of them decks that when treated with care (no throwing it of trying to stomp it) just seems too last forever. So I reccomend getting the Habitat, Iv had all good exsperiances with that company.
