180 ollies, manuals

how the hell do u 180? it looks easy as hell in videos, but i just can't do it, i can ollie a deck though. also need some tips on manuals, and nose manuals. only 17 days in so help. i was gonna attemp to b/s boardslide, should i do it this early? when should i start with grinds and flip tricks?

I still don't have my F/S and B/S 180's down 100% yet. But when you ollie, think about it as scooping the board with your front foot, and don't pussy out and lose it. For manuels and nosemanuels, I find it that I can manuel farther and easier if my legs are straight, not all bent. As for b/s boardslides, never to early to try something.

just bend yer knees, wind up, and when your shoulders are kinda perpendicular to the board, ollie. once u got that down, try some noseslides and tailslides
