semi tight pants fit?

ok heres the deal... so normally i wear like a 32 size pant, for a normal to kindof tight waist fit. if i was to buy some slim fit low cut jeans, as opposed to what im wearing now, would i still get 32s? i know this seems like a retarded question, but does it measure around the jean, or does it still fit normally. crap i dont know how to word this. ok because low cut jeans dont have the waist as high up from the crotch area, would it still translate to the same size so that i can fit in them? fuck i cant do it. does anybody know what im saying?

The waist would still be a 32, the jeans would just fit lower on your torso. But, I could be wrong, considering that just confused the hell out of me.

no (.)(.) im not asking that. ok the distance from the crotch area to the top of the jean on normal pants is lets say 8 inches for example. on low cut jeans lets say its 5. would i still get the same size jean? or would the pants measure around the same size, just with less space for nuts?

the waist is the same. If you have some regular pants that you buy that are 32.
the tight ones are gonna fit the same around the waist and crotch. they are just tighter from the thigh to the ancle. depending on what kind.
