I don;t think so. After Effects have the only TRUE ramped slowmo;s.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Correct, the only way you can do it in ppro is by cutting the clip up into to different clips. First clip 100% speed. Second 90%, third 80% and so on. But this will not get very good result. Do it in ae with time remapping.
